Copied question due to wrong placement.Got a 1990 mazda Protege. been standing for about 2 yrs, now won't start. No spark, replaced distributor and still no spark.. turns fine though. any suggestions?

    being that it sat for 2 years it may be serveral things but sart simple. Locate the Ignition fuse and make sure its not blown. inspect the wires along the column and under the hood. any signs of corosion, chewed thru by a field mouse? it is prob something EZ jast time consuming Good Luck
