Help answer this question below.

I am 16 and in january ill be 17 but my boyfriend is 17 and will be 18 in december could he get in trouble ?

    no age of concent is 16. ( more likely 14 in some places). if your parents and his parents are ok with you two dating then everything is fine. dont worrie.

    what country are you in?
    Call the local majistate s office before his 18 th birthday ans ask the magistrate ( However, I really don t think so, But you had better ask a person in authority
