It might be more clear to have such a flag option...I think there needs to be a few other options myself. But for now, such questions usually get flagged as "nonsense."

Flags just alert the moderators to look at the question in question. It matters little to have flags flagging specific forms of questions.

NO, as something that is not a question is nonsense here on AB. So that flag works very well for it.
