  • It's horrible for your skin,...but, it's good for muscle relaxation and sore joints. It's also proven to help stress and tension. It dries out your skin very quickly though, so make sure you put a layer of oil or lotion on afterwards.
  • Hot showers are amazing for stress relief, and stress can be very detrimental to your health. I also find they help with lady cramps ;)
  • It increases circulation, and rejuvenates the body,and for me often times relieves me of sinus headaches.
  • Not necessarily a health benefit, but on a REALLY cold day, a HOT shower - the moment you step in, is like tiny orgasms all over your body! LoL .. Oh I so cant believe i said that!
