I guess they think it's correct, I really have no idea.

Perhaps they unconsciously think that their questions are formal titles for the ensuing thread. Perhaps they're going through the intermediate steps of a rehabilitation program for people who used to type in all caps. ;)

I have suspected it was because it might be copied from another site:-) And I was right as I found the list of questions they have been using.

Maybe its obsessive compulsive disorder. Maybe they have to they have to press and hold the shift key when they press a key after pressing the space bar.
