Yes, I like tofu very much. I am given to understand that tofu is very rich in second class protein. Tofu is a very flexible item because it can go well with other food products and in many ways of preparation, for example fish, in soup, on its own, etc. Just yesterday I had a bowl of very delicious and tasty Japanese miso soup.

Tofu is great, but not when it's straight out of a plastic container or even worse, a can. I buy it freshly made and still warm from an oriental grocery store and it is heaven on earth :D

No its tastess lumps of sqidgy soft stuff. fake meat for veggies. Very cruel to plants and if your expecting meat its rather a shame.
