Daily Flaxseed Oil capsules, 1300 mg. We get the TruNature Brand, organic flaxseed oil capsules, from Costco. Much cheaper. We each take one a day. We avoid fish oil..don't want to gamble with ingesting any mercury! :)

I occasionally eat flax seed bars and flax seed pita chips.

To get the best benefit you should take the actual flax seeds themselves. They are more pure then the derivatives.

The oil is not only good for your insides the whole seed is too... You can sprinkle it over cereal in the whole seed form and get the benefits of the oils that way as well. Flax oil doesn't taste all that great.
