laugh at them. I have no heart. because I believe in the greater good people think I do. I do not care about the individual beyond wanting them not to suffer pains which they could not have avoided. my sister does all kinds of drugs (and men for that matter)... and as such I do not even hope she avoids the consequences. however a total stranger getting mugged I will help if I can because that person did not choose it and if I can get the mugger off the street how much suffering does that remove from society? however I would likely not intervene if I knew the person was a politician or executive because though they do it within the "law" they cause more suffering than almost ANY group of criminals. and the perpetrator might not be a mugger if he could earn a living working a nnormal job.
