  • "It was only 6.30pm," Lisa Gordon, head teacher at One Tree Hill Kindergarten in Auckland, told the Dominion Post on Tuesday. "It just strikes me as pretty absurd." She said that parents, babies and a crowd of preschool children under five years old were grooving to light pop music and the Chicken Dance at the annual disco when the council noise control officer showed up with an official notice ordering it closed down after the neighbour complained. "I think he must have been pretty embarrassed," she said. "We're planning to frame the notice." http://news.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id=616745
  • Maybe they should have put a note on their neighbour's door warning them in advance. It is just as hard as talking to a newspaper. P.S. Also 6.30 is dark in some places.
  • < Stupid People !!! > YAY Go The Kindy Kids!!! WOOhoooo .. little champions of music and dance!!!
  • That's dispicable. how could a person be such an ass. Why would the athorities listen to one neighbor? How long could the "disco" lasted. It couldn't have been at night. What a crock:(
