Strength: My mind Weakness: My mind. Weird, isn't it?

My strengths are: standing up for myself, caring about other people and able to show it in my own way, and I am a leader not a follower. Lastly, I am also a people person which allows me to be good at my job and make friends easily. Weaknesses: I can be a whiner, but dont mean to be. I talk too much LOL. I tend to be self critical and judgemental.I am a total wimp when it comes to my sons and maybe overprotective. I CANT say no to my little granddaughter. Basically I am a pain in the butt LOL

Strength: Being honest and up front when most people aren't or are scared to be, but not overstepping my boundries. Cheering people up. Weakness: Admiting when I am wrong. Stubborn when it comes to getting help. I have way too much pride in being able to do it all myself proving my independence from everyone.

Strengths: Emotionally strong, foresight, handling complicated situations, moving on Weakness: Judgemental,insensitive, if i hear and opinion of someones repeatedly it easily becomes my own.

Strengths: Intellect, Reason, Hand-eye coordination, reliability, whatever the word would be for appreciating what you have, ambition, determination, sense of humor. Weaknesses: Stubborn (the evil side of determination), cynical (serves as a strength every once in a while), scatter-brained, disorganized, can't let injustices go.
