Hookah pipe uses a different type of natural tobacco,like the Natives tobacco, with herbs and some sort of scents and flavors.the tobacco is put in the pipe first then cover with a foil with small holes in it.Then aa small 2 inch round coal is put on top and the tobacco is only lit when one breaths in,otherwise the tobacco remains unlit.The smoke is cooled by the water in the hookah.

The tobacco you use in a hookah is molasses tobacco known as sheeha. Which of course makes it very moist. They have flavors that range from watermelon to rose. My husband does not smoke cigarettes but he will smoke out of the hookah.

Most cigar and cigarette tobacco is processed, much like chicken or pork. Hookah tobacco is much purer, in most cases.
