  • Experimental chemistry is never a good idea, unless you understand the chemicals you are using through, most preferred, an education. Thus I want too draw your attention to the little known, and less appreciated field of Hair stylist. They, hair stylists go to school where they learn such things as basic chemistry (when it comes to hair products) and they learn how to treat and repair the accidents of bad chemistry projects such as your own. Hair is remarkably forgiving considering it is dead tissue, however there are limits to what hair will forgive and I have a sneaking suspicion you have meet that limit. A colorist will be able to assess the situation, ask you many little questions such as the product you used, when you used it and the results at each step along the way. S/he will also be able to look at your hair for damage and will have a much larger arsenal of chemicals to pick from to address nearly every possible combinations of hair problems.
