As far as languages spoken by the characters, no. The Romans were speaking Latin (albeit with "Church Latin" pronunciation) and the Jews were speaking Aramaic, an ancient Semitic language. Most of the Old Testament of the Bible is written in Hebrew, although there are some bits in Aramaic. Because of when and where it was spoken, it is generally believed that Aramaic would have been the native language of Jesus Christ. As far as what the actors speak when they're out of character, there are definitely some English-speakers in there. Most of the actors have Italian names, but James Caviezel (who played Jesus) is American.
