As little as possible, it's pretty dark in here, except the kitchen. Of course I could just open my blinds, but then, on really sunny days I can't see the television or computer screen lol.

The lamp in my porch area is wired to a light sensor. So when the day becomes gloomy the light comes on automatically. That is the only light that I leave on during the day.

Mine and my husband's offices are home offices. Lights are necessary for what we are doing. We turn off lights in rooms we aren't in. My office has more natural daylight than my husbands. I use natural light as much as I can, but I still need lights at times. My husband's office has virtually no natural light and requires lights at any time he is working.
