I know there is a term for if there is a picture in a picture. question 1-what is that term? And since i knew that,that led me to think if there is a word that means there is a tv show in a tv show or a movie in a movie. Is there a word meaning that?

Well i think wat you are reffering to is the technology some of the new TVs have called PnP or Picture In Picture, where a small window in the corner of the tv displays something other than wat your originally viewing.
