it's really best to find someone local that can give you personal feedback. There are so many nuances about it that are impossible to realize unless you see it in person or have someone judge your balance, your center, your core. You can learn the movements or forms from a DVD, good ones that is, but it will not be the same as learning from a teacher or master.
