There are a few things I do not like about my house. They are as follows: (1) Dust gets into my house so easily even though I might have swept and mopped the house regularly. Just wonder where does the dust get in so easily and quickly. (2) The house paint which does not last very long before it requires another coating. (3) There is no protection from intruders which may gain entry through the house roof. (4) When the rain is heavy, water may leak into the house through the roof tiles. (5) Insect screens put in place to prevent mosquitoes and other insects get clogged with dust. They require cleaning often. (6) The awnings at the front and back require attention for painting to prevent rusting.

The Polish builders upstairs. They're making a lot of noise. I just went out onto the stairs and thought that I was using the polish phrase for F off, but my Polish neighbour has just informed me that I was actually saying I love you :s

The washer/ dryer is in the basement which means it is a very annoying trek to do laundry. The backyard has officially rebelled and refuses to grow grass. No central air so one room is probably like 20 degrees cooler than the other. Street parking can be a nightmare. Other than that, I have to say that I love my apartment, and my roommate and I are very lucky to have what we have.

I like my house, it just could use a lot of updating! Like what? Electricity Plumbing Windows Insulation Doors Not necessarily in that order, of course. ;-)

Since we are almost finished with it, I hope there isn't too much I don't like lol!! Maybe the unfinished shower that needs to be tiled. I miss taking showers.

My house is old and made of mainly wood so it gets very dusty very quickly, I dust every single day. It also has jalacy windows. Small holes in some walls. The porch leaks when It rains. The one bathroom we have is very small. It is right on a very busy main industrial road. Prostitutes and hobos often walk pass it, In that case I have recently purchased a gun. Our electric bill runs averages 500$ a month in the peak summer months. Pros? We have a shop and run a business out of it. We have a very big in ground pool with a diving board and slide, I think somewhere around 65,000 gallons. There's about 10 stores and resturant's within a 10 minute walk. Central AC/Heat. The rent is cheap and we personally know the landlord so he is lenant with us if we cant make the rent on time. Its homey to me and I keep it very clean. We have an extra bedroom we don't use thats about 15x15. I think thats about it :P It sounds worse than it really is.

Things I don't like about the house I'm living in: 1. It's old (was built in 1975!!). 2. Needs to be remodeled and updated (only the kitchen and bathrooms are up to date). 3. Needs to be re-painted (I hate white walls! I'd love to paint my bedroom a light pink, my living room a peach shade, 2nd bedroom light blue, and the kitchen wall a light yellow color). I love colors. 4. Get professional landscaping for the yard (it's just rocks and stuff...UGGGHHH!!).
