I promise you, it won't be tonight. BUT it might be within the next few days. Just because I LIKE the taste: Polish Kielbasa. Grilled just enough to give the "smokey" flavor. Finished in the slow cooker with LOTS of green peppers, onions and tomato sauce. Cook everything about 5 hours. THAT TOUGH, MISERABLE casing seems to dissolve. Slice a sub roll. Toast it on the grill. Melt some SHARP provolone cheese on that roll. Put the Kielbasa, veggies and sauce on there. WOW!!!!!!!! DEEEEEEEEEEEEElllliccIOUS!!!!!! Thanks for asking your Q! I have a little garlic and herb pork tenderloin that I think is going to grill up quite nicely tonight. I'm going to put some cut new potatoes and green beans in foil with some butter and rosemary to smoke on the side.

Actually, tonight I think I'm just going to have grilled cheese (with sliced tomatoes). Haven't had it for a few weeks and I'm kinda craving it!
