Someone tried to hypnotize me once, he said to focus on a nail in the wall and think of nothing else. It didn't work because I was thinking too much about if I was staring right.

I don't think anyone in the world is able to teach you that over this site. A lot of different elements involves around hypnosis. There's some good E-books around that can teach you the basics first of all, if you really wanna learn it you gotta start at beginning.

Just reach their sub-conscious mind and plant a suggestion! Some people are so controlable, they want to be given suggestions! Tell them that given a certain set of conditions they will act like a chicken, and they will do it!

My boyfriend is studying hypnosis, he's working through an audio program by igor ledochowski you can find at www.unleash-conversational-hypnosis.com apparantly it's a really good program to get started.
