  • I'm sorry. I can't help but think why you didn't ask yourself this question prior to marrying him and having children together. Your lawyer can find out anything about his record that you need. Criminal records are public records. Edit: Make all the explanations you want, give me a bad rating if you want, I still answered your question. Your attorney can pull his records freely.
  • There were lots of reasons . One being I was only 17 at the time I met him . Two , he did not present himself to be the man he is today when I met him . And three , I'm just now finding out more info. on him that his family kept from me . People like he , don't show possesive patterns until AFTER they know they got you where they want you . Whether it be man or woman ! I was young he was older and knew what HE was doing .
  • These records are not public and police use only.
  • Your ex probably doesn't want custody of kid. Talk to him and give him some money. Make sure he signs a contract drawn by your attorney. Good luck.
  • You mean "How can I dig up dirt to try and destroy this guys hope of seeing his kids?" Sounds a little out of order to me. Fair enough, your ex has a criminal record, but digging up all this to further your cause is childish and may not even help you that much. The main point is also that this kind of stuff is secret and certainly where I'm from covered by the data protection act - Only police and certain other people can access it. I'd let your attorney deal with this.
  • You can get a criminal history record check, example mine I would find at The St. Louis County Police Bureau of Central Police Records. Or try this website. http://www.criminalrecords.com/criminal-records.html
