Why can't anyone spell correctly or use correct grammar just because they are on the internet? Are people really that stupid, or do they do it intentionally?

i understand, but half of the time, were that desperate to get our opinions out as quick as possible that grammer is no matter as ong as its readable then it should do no harm.
