You can try to DIY, or hire a data-recovery service. If you have restore points setup on your PC, then you can still get them. Do a search on Google.

It all depends on the email system/program you're using. Is this a corporate system? Is this your personal system? Why are you having to handle this? I work in e-discovery. This is what I do every day. The more information you can provide, the better I can help.

http://www.glarysoft.com/ has tools for retrieving data. I do not know if it is what you are lookin for but it may work. You may check for a backup. If there is one you may get the files restored. If the files were deleted awhile ago and others placed in the free space, the files may be unrecoverable or almost unrecoverable. This is because when the ie history is erased and new information takes it's place it may have overwritten the area. If the hard drive was wiped with a program, it may be impossible to retrieve any information. Hope this is helpful. If you get bored, go to my site http://www.links.54656.biz and play a game, crossword puzzle, or link to sites to watch movies and shows for free. Relax some!
