Are maxed-out rating points replenished at a set time, each week ,or is it a running total?

I didn't even know that we could maxed out on points.

No they are not reset at a certain time it is 25 ratings within a seven day period, This means that you may not be able to rate a person now and tomorrow you can a couple of times and then you are out again. It is very frustrating.

The rating work like this. Each rating from the first rate sets a 86,400 minute clock, which is how many minutes in a week. The next rating is set at a new 86,400 minute clock. This happens with each rate up to 25 times in the span of a week. if you rate 25 times before the first clock reaches the end you will run out of points for this member Keeping in mind this is just for one member as each member has a different set of clocks. I hope this makes sense. :)
