  • I would certainly try. Looks like you got nothing to lose. I know of a guy who made a deal to sign over parental rights in exchange for dropping child support. Since you aren't getting your money anyway, couldn't hurt. Might be worth it just to get him out of your life. But who knows, the judge may lift that 'out of state' stipulation since he doesn't try to see them, and attach his wages for the alimony. Since he's a deadbeat, hope you have child support worked in there somewhere. Go for it

  • Go for it! If doesn't want to see the kids anyway, I don't see why the wouldn't grant it.
  • move out of state and you have no problem..do it quietly
  • Take him back top court for contempt. I know another answer was to move quietly but do not violate the court order because he can take you back to court and have things changed in his favor.mr Bill
