If people get ticketed for unlawfully parking in a handicapped spot without a sticker, shouldn't handicapped people get tickets for parking in spots that aren't marked as handicapped...?

Is this supposed to be a joke. Its not funny. I personally think every business needs at least 10 x the # of current hand. parking spots they have. Places like malls and walmarts..those handicaps places are gone within 30 minutes of store openings and the rest of us, have to park where we can.
