dog with blanket caught around his neck-can it cause eye problems? 1 shut w/ yellow goo & 1 crooked. or is it an infection & coincidence?

I have a 8 month old king charles pup, and have noticed a blueish spot in the middle of his eye, could it be cataract, he seems to be able to see ok and is healthy, is he too young for cataracts. If any one has any information please let me know.

You're reading My dog had been keeping his left eye closed, if he gets excited he tends to open it, but blink a lot. Its not swollen or red, i washed it and looked in it. I didn't see anything, but the other day i noticed that he's beginning to keep his other eye shut..
