I have been trying to find a very specific PC sci-fi game. You command a spaceship there,and give commands to others,its old but already has full 3D engine,very specific with ability to have telepaths/thaumaturgs in the crew. Anyone knows the name?

Adittional info: when you start the game you create a character and pick "perks",then you pick what sort of ship to buy with the money you have,i think the choices were escort,freighter,one cruiser and some other ships are empty as such,and have slots that you place equipment in,of various types then you have space for crew,as a captain,some crew,gunners i think,marines,marauders (heavy marines of a sort) telepaths and thaumaturgs,and i think one other psyker these special guys can "cast spells" on command when flying in space,like paralyzing,damaging and otherwise affecting enemy ship or helping yours i know its not much of a description when i dont even know when it was made by whom,but anyone who played it must know which one i mean by now :-)
