  • Whats your question? If a third party agency screwed you over, they are responsible to fix the situation. If legal problems ensue, take it to court to explain; correct it on your own tab and try to expunge it from your record, even if that means suing the agency. I received a parking ticket at my school before... only $10. But it was strictly a school-campus ticket, it had no bearing on my off-campus record. Failure to pay and too many such tickets would have resulted in losing the privilege to park on campus, and I would have had to pay come the start of next quarter anyway. But it was my first ticket for a ridiculous infraction. I parked a motorcycle in a "regular car" parking spot... motorcycle parking was at the far end of campus... and no restrictions or signs were up saying I couldnt park a bike in full size parking spots. After all, such restrictions dont exist off-campus. The regulation was on the schools regulation books of which no one ever reads. The only way of being informed of the regulation is to first get a ticket. Being my first and only infraction in two years, the school counted it as a warning and I didnt have to pay the ten dollars. Its difficult to believe that any school would make any ticket ridiculously expensive; or that they would welcome standard police force on campus to write the tickets, or that they would allow a private property parking infraction to interfere with the real world police record.
