Though you could just skip the last word, since in Hebrew it is implied and unnecessary to specify "your" when you are speaking with someone directly, it is assumed to be your. Also, in Hebrew you need to add the word the, since weekend is specific to this weekend and not any weekend in general. Basically, How was the weekend, would be the correct question in Hebrew. The past tense is important to let the person understand it was specifically last weekend.
