An atheist; strictly speaking this means someone without a god but it's pretty much the same thing. Agnostic really means disbelief in anything that cannot be demonstrated.

By their given name. Or if you are looking for a collective name try non-religious. Personally, I have no religion but I do not refer to myself as an atheist nor agnostic, I dislike being placed in a box.

Those without religion are atheist. Some people believe that agnostics have no religion, but this is largely untrue (agnosticism is the belief that the existence of a god is unknown or cannot be known for certain, many agnostics still believe without really knowing).
