You're reading I have a Honda Civic Type R 2002 model. I am finding the ride not so pleasant because I dont find that it grips the road too well on dry, worse when wet. I can feel every single bump on the road. tyres brand new. what can I do to get smooth ride?

Many people with sport-trim cars have this complaint. Personally, I put it in the same league as buying a Hummer H2 and then complaining about the poor fuel mileage.

If you get a regular Civic, can I have your Type R? LOL

People with this complaint should try driving a forklift. The type most commonly found in a warehouse environment has solid tires and no suspension system. If you were to run over a dime, you'd feel it. Buy comparison, Type-rfusion's Honduh would feel like a big, sloppy “land barge” sedan of the type that were popular before the first gas crunch in the 1970s.

... and they are really fun if you have to take them outside on wet pavement to unload a truck. The average parking lot is rougher and has more cracks than a concrete warehouse floor and the rain brings the soaked-in oil to the surface for added enjoyment. Slip, slide, and shake!
