In my last relationship, I held nothing back .... I'll never do that again ... Is knowing every thing healthy? No, I think it's better when there's mystery.
-
it's not a good idea; my marriage suffered from that and didn't work out...

Yes, if you keep the location of your hand gun secret from her, might come in handy.

there are two different types of "untruths"...the little things, like the fact that you didn't really wash your hands after you peed or you really did take the last piece of gum but said you didn't. things like that are no big deal to keep to yourself. but when it comes to things that arrect both you and your partner, x cheating, jobs, living, children, friends, health, etc. then i believe you should be honest with your partner. if you did something that you knew would hurt them than you may think it's better not to tell them and not hurt them, but if they find out and believe me they always do, don't you think they will be more hurt that you weren't truthful to begin with? no one is perfect and we all make mistakes, but when you care for someone you shouldn't be doing anything that will result in them getting hurt anyway, if your secret is a big one maybe you need to reconsider your relationship...hope that helps

No regarding negative things. They're gonna come out in the wash sooner or later. As things slip more and more lies are going to have to be made until the house of cards finally crashes down.
