As long as some one remains in touch with reality and their humanity, they are redeemable. Thus, those who by trauma, psychological or physical for which there is no method if treatment are irredeemable. My higher self channeled that answer for you. My gut says that any person who repeatedly commits serial crimes of a violent nature is irredeemable and should be removed from civilized society.
