Help answer this question below.

In May of 2001 I signed (3mnth) lease (may,june,july) w/(now)exwife I moved out 2 weeks later, I gave immediate notice, she moved out at the end of july NO notice, im now being sued for AUGUST rent?? what can I do. due to NO notice on her part. ($990.00)

    If you were not removed from the lease, then there may be nothing you can do except take your ex to small claims court, to get half of that back. Good luck!
