No I never do . Tjhis evening when I was earing British Gas rang to try to get me to go back with them as a customer. How he dared phone I do not understand. Yesterday they announced a 35% rise with immediate effect.

yes I often pretned I am crazy or deaf when I talk to them or I keep repeating what they say...

I tend to be too accommodating so it helps me learn to day no and I try and do it in a polite but firm way. But my fantasy is to turn the tables on them somehow and catch them off guard.
