Yes, I did when my ex left.

Yes. We were saying goodbye at the airport. He was going home to his country for the summer and then returning to me in order for us to get married one day after graduation. As the doors closed to the airplane, I knew that was the last time that we would ever see each other. That was 20 years ago. I never saw him again.
