  • Putting your confidence in anything more than you do in Jesus Christ is idolitry. It's saying that there is something more important that the King, I would say that anyone who would do as you say would not be a true servant of the High King.
  • There have been no prophets on this earth since Mohammed. And he was the last prophet.
  • the clergy as well as political leaders have misguided humanity to think they can be trusted. they have constantly lied to the people making them think they have the answers to our problems and the capacity to solve them. they have turned many aside to not believe what the bible says that it is not up to any human to solve our problems. jesus christ never gave himself or any other human the credit to solve problems while he was still on earth. he taught his disciples to pray for his father's kingdom. it is not of human origin. this kingdom has its' roots from a celestial source. therefore, these and any who d not support Jesus teachings and tells others otherwise are a false prophet, religious or political.
  • Yes, the Reverends Bill Keller & Creflo Dollar are a perfect example of that. And let's not forger those other godly men Pat Robertson, Jimmy Bakker, Ted Haggard and Jerry Falwell
  • Here is a question for the books, good job!!!
  • Jesus Christ does not want us to put our faith and trust in mortal men for they can mislead us, but to put our faith in God. Clergymen are the "teachers" of the faith, but they are not perfect and therefore are subject to sin just like the rest of us. What we need to do is pray that those who "rule" over us, be it a president or other figurehead, are guided by God and pray that God gives you the wisdom to know when what they instruct you to do is or is not pleasing to God and Christ. "Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's." Mat22:21 Your Spirit(Soul) & Faith belong to God.
  • A true prophet will always point people to the Most High God. Thus saith the Lord is always on their lips. Any prophet, evangelist, preacher or teacher that urges you to put trust in a mere human is putting God in second place and going against everything Scripture teaches.
  • there are no prophets we are all only humans there are no gods either sorry ... take it from me trust no one specially not religious folks ....
  • so many do these things in the first place because of their lack of knowledge of the Bible..they take man's word instead of God's because they probably could recite nothing on their own just what they hear...it is very important to know TRUTH how else are we to know right and wrong....and as far as an answer NO , they aren't prophets, they are teachers and any true man of God would tell you to take the Bible's WORD for not man's or his for that matter..."Prove all things". man's dogma and man's word has what has got Christ and God so far from the people as it is..too many ways....and there is only ONE.....
