Sounds like depression to me, which is a treatable disease. See a family doctor or a counselor or pastor -- the doctor can prescribe something to enhance your mood and the counselor can get to the root of your depression. Make yourself get up, get dressed, and get out every day, even if just for a little while. Make appointments that you can't break, just so you'll get up and get dressed and out of the house. Make an appointment to call someone every morning, just so you'll get up and not sleep all day. You can get over the depression, but it will take some work.

Wyatt, I was in exactly the same situation as you a few months ago. I found it virtually impossible to get out of bed. My concentration and memory were really bad and I had no motivation for anything. I was diagnosed with major depression and treated with anti-depressants. It took a couple of weeks but I slowly started feeling better. I didn't see a counsellor as I had no obvious problems. It was finally put down to genetics. Others in my family with depression included my mother, 1 brother, grandfather, 1 uncle, and the list goes on. Please see your doctor and ask him to refer you to a specialist. I know you are feeling that nothing will work and you can't be bothered but just really push yourself to do this and it will help. Good luck to you.

This is exactly how I feel....but I don't think about suicide. I had my first migraine probably because of all the emotional stress. I don't really know what to do...talk to a doctor, therapist. Just wanted to let you know you aren't the only one!! <333333
