Yes, I do, that would be awesome. :-)
-
that is certainly a great suggestion i thought about that before and then we could have...audio questions "whats this song"
-
Yes, AB claims they're working on it.
-
That would be nice. Brian brought this up in the Answerblog today: Brian the unbalanced bagger: Jul. 29, 05:59 AM Thanks, video-embeddable questions are a great new feature! Also, it would be nice to eventually be able to link images to our questions and answers. I think that would eliminate 3 (download [when using Firefox], browse, upload) of the image posting steps.
-
Yes! I think it's the next logical step. That would get rid of the infamous "See image on my answer"
-
Why not? I can't imagine adding that feature is too far behind!
-
Yes, please ... for all of the already mentioned reasons ... insert links that click also ...
-
It was a dark and stormy Answerbag.

Adding pictures to comments might get a bit complicated because you often have extended threads, but it seems that if videos can be added to questions, pictures should be able to. I can't wait to break out my collection!!;)
-
Why do we need pix? just write the thing out, and put in the link. LOL Maybe they'll do it after a while. They just put up the vid thing. BREAK TIME!
-
I can't see why they can't add that feature sometime! That sounds like a great idea....perhaps you should suggest it, Prime!
-
Please, can we get that feature? That would save a lot of time and open up a whole new avenue of questions...
-
Yes, that would be great! With that feature, I would no longer sift through 20 answers or more just to see the image that's the subject of the question.

I see the line's already been formed and there's a resounding thunder of YES's in the air. :) Given the recent enhancement of adding video content to a question, I can't imagine that images would be that far behind. A thought: a) With video files, I've been able to easily embed code from YouTube and it works just fine. However, when I've taken code from other sites and put it in the same way here at AB, the videos don't play. So there's something either from a technology point of view - or from a site to site relationship point of view - that's compatable, or not. b) Given that, I bet the same might come up with image files? Will it work well with images hosted at site a vs site b, c or d? That said - just so "if" or "when" image files might become a reality? Would be great to know any tips or workarounds from the get-go. It's an amazing present to have the ability to embed videos, so the possibilities are endless with images too. Photos are just one type of image we might use. WONDERFUL idea. :)
