Would you agree that yahoo answers is better if you really need an answer? A lot of peopel just ask random questions and answer questions they don't know for points... for example.. this is kind of a random question (but I bet I will get neg points).

I've used Yahoo and didn't find it any more helpful than Answerbag. I think regardless of the site, it just depends on who is on-line and answering questions. Sometimes you get more and better answers than other times.

I've been to several questions and answers websites, and I've noticed that the answers really depend on some of these factors: 1. The number of members online when you posted your question 2. The expertise of the members online when you posted your question 3. The time you posted your question 4. The way you phrased your question Don't get me wrong, I have received excellent answers on Yahoo Answers as well. But it doesn't mean it's generally better when you really need an answer.

i think ab is better only because my school doesn't block it so i can go on ab there and at home [yes my school does block yahoo anwser]

I've never used Yahoo answer. I would think AB is just as usefull if you use it correctly. If you search on a question or browse a category, you should find the helpful answer you need. I trust many of the answers to the serious questions on AB.
