What is a come from behind win in baseball? Is it only a term used late in the game or does it apply if a team scores more than a run to overtake the lead (ie: bottom of the first, or before the 3rd inning ) and wins with no lead changes?

It's normally only said a team came from behind to win if the team was loosing in a situation that you wouldn't expect the team to be able to win in.

This might be when they're down two runs in the ninth or when they're down twelve runs in the second.
