  • Try a technique called "visualization." Basically you will practice meeting people and holding conversations in front of a mirror at home. It works. Look up Visualization on Google or ask your librarian.
  • I would advise you work out more or start working out, for it builds muscle, as well as confidence.
  • dont be afraid to be yourself and just speak your mind and people will like you for who they first saw u as cause if u pretend to be fake from the beginning something bad will happen lol i am shy myself but i think about how nervous the other person is too like everyone is shy at sometime u just have to think about wht to say and just say it if that person dosent understand then dont be there friend eventually it will be easier it has been for me :) hope this helps
