I do breast exams every month and its a darn good thing I did. Last May a lump was found by me in the shower. I had surgery, and thank God it was benign. Every girl and woman should do that, and as you said we know what they should feel like, and would notice any change at all.

I try to, but sometimes I just get tired of getting slapped all the time.

I do-breast cancer runs in my family, already have a sister and my mom who had/has breast cancer. I go every 6 mos. now for mamo check ups. I wish all ladies would check themselves for lumps best way to fight it is thru early detection.
