A good men's costume: Wear a formal suit and put on some face powder to make your skin look pale. Put in contact lenses that make your pupils appear red, then take some firm/hard white putty and apply it to your canines. Make sure the putty is not hazardous to your health before applying. Also take some extra putty in case you accidentally swallow one of them.
