The answer depends on the printer. Go to the web site for the manufacturer of your printer and see if, for that model, there is input on your question. Many modern printers can work with either system, but some older printers require one to download and install a driver. If your printer requires a driver for MAC, then the manufacturer will probably have it on their web page at no cost.

Check the compatibility of the printer...if its Mac compatible, you'll just have to download the driver for it. Good question...+ for you...
