  • Read ,definately read Paul Bragg books.he was a nutritionalist that lived to 104 years old and died in a surfing accident. He says that eating because we are programmed to eat 3 times a day is not necessary. He fasted on distilled water, only, one day a week and once a month for three days.He was healthy all his life.If he or she is not eating because of anorexia that is a different matter. Then it is more serious. Some people do not eat regularly and are perfectly healthy. If your friend is not losing weight or muscle strength they are probably fine.
  • Stop hassling her, and let her sort herself out. She won't die anytime soon, and she will get hungry. The stress of her friends pointing out THIS flaw only enhances the idea that they see her other ones. Don't be so critical of her. Lot's of people go through phases of not eating much, as a matter of fact profesional athletes regularly fast for a few days to help cleanse their body of toxins. It's completly normal. Now if you catch her making herself puke after eating, then there's reason for alarm. I would then and only then notify proper authorities.
