I used a website to find job openings. There is one that sounds great, but they are charging 20 dollars to apply. This is a scam, right? Too bad...I knew it sounded too good to be true.

That's the most transparent scam I've ever heard of. You should report it.

If it sounds too good to be true, and costs you money, then its usually a scam yep :-)
