I think that falls under the category of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and as Stableboy said, please get some therapy and there are medications to stop your head from constantly spinning out of control..Be well.
You should definitely be seeking professional help for this. Answerbagger's are mostly nice and good people, with much good advice. But you're not going to solve that one here, friend.
A good therapist, and possibly medication, are in your future before this improves significantly.
it is obsessive compulsive disorder, there is a way to syop it cognitive behavioral therapy. You're reading I have to breathe in constantly when I close a door, a lid, or anything! I worry that I'm trapping spirits and that people might die because of me if I don't do it. My obsessive behavior is ruining my life - is there any way to stop it?
