    It might show. However, when most employers are conducting drug tests, they are looking to see if you use illegal substances like marijuana, or PCP, speed, or Crystal Meth, "lean"...stuff like that.. If penicillin is all that you have in your system, you should be ok. Just to cover your ass, let your employer know what is in your system so just in case they have any questions, they will already know. Good Luck!
