Do you think that Osama Bin Laden has turned us into terrorists by pressing fear into our minds that just about anyone can be a terrorist? I mean look at the people in Gantanmo bay. Some are guilty most aren't. Some people are persecuting Muslims.

I dont think that Osama can be blamed for the state of affairs - the mistrust of people etc - I think the Media and the politians have done a good enough job all by themselves.

I think Osama committed a terrible act, which blinded the American people enough to allow our government to turn our troops into terrorists. We can't blame him for our lack of critical thinking in choosing a leader/allowing our leaders to commit such atrocities.

If the unstated premise of your question is that we WEREN'T acting with prejudice and overstepping other countries and our own citizenry before, then the answer is NO, Osama bin Laden did no such thing to us, nor could he. You are giving him WAY too much credit.
